This building currently sits untenanted and possibly a candidate for demolition. Its location within a cloverleaf exit of the Queens Midtown Expressway is probably now seen as a hinderance, rather than as a benefit when it was constructed. Built as a showroom for forklifts and other handling equipment, the site originally included land for possible future expansion. The building featured glass walls for the showroom, now covered over, and glass windows on three sides of the upper office floor.
